At Alexandria Farms, we raise grass-fed Black Angus cattle using regenerative farming practices that prioritize animal welfare, soil health, and environmental stewardship. Our beef is ethically raised, 100% grass-fed, and rooted in a deep respect for the land.

Our cattle are 100% grass-fed and finished, roaming freely across wide-open pastures in British Columbia. We never use antibiotics or growth hormones. Instead, we focus on animal welfare and low-stress handling to ensure our herd lives the way nature intended — peacefully and on pasture.

Grass-Fed, Naturally Raised

Regenerative Agriculture in Action

We follow rotational grazing practices — a method where cattle are moved regularly between pasture areas. This gives the land time to recover, promotes biodiversity, and helps build rich, living soil.

Thanks to this approach:

  • We didn’t need to start our tractor once this past winter — the land and herd sustained each other naturally.

  • Our pastures retain more moisture, supporting native grasses and pollinators.

  • Our soil stores more carbon, helping to fight climate change from the ground up.

It’s a holistic cycle: the cattle feed the land, and the land feeds the cattle.
